Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Allstate Power

At Allstate Power, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and human rights in all aspects of our business operations. Human trafficking is a serious violation of human dignity and a crime that has no place in our business or society. As part of our responsibility to combat human trafficking, we have developed and adopted this Anti-Human Trafficking Policy, which applies to Allstate Power, its contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and any other parties with whom we do business.

Policy Statement

Allstate Power strictly prohibits any form of human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation within our operations or throughout our supply chain. We are committed to ensuring that our business practices, and those of our partners, vendors, and suppliers, are free from complicity in human trafficking or any related crimes.

Scope

This policy applies to Allstate Power and all individuals and entities engaged in business activities with the company, including, but not limited to, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and other third-party partners. All parties are expected to adhere to this policy and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning human trafficking.

Our Commitment

  1. Zero Tolerance for Human Trafficking: Allstate Power maintains a zero-tolerance approach to human trafficking, forced labor, and any form of exploitation. We will not knowingly engage in or support any practices that contribute to human trafficking in any way.
  2. Due Diligence: We are committed to conducting thorough due diligence to assess the risks of human trafficking within our supply chain. Allstate Power will work with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure they comply with this policy and take steps to eliminate human trafficking from their operations.
  3. Training and Awareness: We will provide training to our employees, contractors, and partners on the signs of human trafficking and how to report suspected activities. This ensures that all parties involved with Allstate Power understand their role in preventing human trafficking.
  4. Accountability and Reporting: Allstate Power encourages individuals to report any suspected human trafficking activities through a confidential reporting system. We will take prompt and appropriate action in response to any allegations, including investigation, corrective measures, and potential termination of business relationships with parties found to be in violation of this policy.
  5. Compliance with Laws: Allstate Power will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding human trafficking and labor exploitation, including the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and any relevant international standards.

Supplier and Partner Expectations

We expect our suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and other business partners to implement similar anti-human trafficking policies within their own operations and supply chains. As a condition of doing business with Allstate Power, these parties must agree to uphold our standards by:

  • Not engaging in, or supporting, human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation in any form.
  • Reporting any concerns or suspicions related to human trafficking to Allstate Power or the appropriate authorities.
  • Cooperating with Allstate Power’s due diligence process, which may include audits, self-assessments, or other actions to verify compliance with this policy.

Enforcement

Allstate Power will take appropriate actions in response to any violations of this policy. Violations may result in corrective action, including termination of contracts or business relationships. Allstate Power is committed to addressing human trafficking issues swiftly and effectively to ensure compliance with our values of integrity, respect, and human dignity.

Conclusion

Allstate Power recognizes its responsibility to ensure that human trafficking has no place in our business operations or supply chain. We are dedicated to eliminating any practices that contribute to exploitation and to fostering a safe, ethical, and just environment for all workers. By working together with our partners, employees, and stakeholders, we will continue to combat human trafficking and promote human rights throughout our operations.
