Renowned for his leadership in challenging environments and conflict zones, Wayne excels in managing projects with exceptional organizational skills and deep operational knowledge gained from both military and civilian roles.

David began his career in the U.S. Army as a Telecommunication Specialist after high school, where he honed his technical skills and leadership abilities. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and has since accumulated over 20 years of experience in the Radio Frequency (RF) industry, working his way up from a field technician and installer to senior roles such as Field Specialist III, Lead Technician, Project Manager, Area Manager, Senior Manager, and Director.
David’s extensive experience and leadership make him an invaluable addition to the Allstate Power team, where his expertise significantly enhances the company’s ability to deliver exceptional solutions. Outside of work, David’s personal interests in scuba diving, spear fishing, and golf reflect his adventurous and active lifestyle.
